It has a stickier more solid texture instead of liquid, the can had an easy opening tab on it which I loved. Never like the scent of wet pet food, this one is no different.

I usually heat this a bit and mix it with dry food; my Frenchie loves it. Even though he is 7 years old, I have noticed that after a short time eating this food, he becomes more energetic and his fur is smoother. It's a bit expensive without a promotion, but I will buy this food more often and change the way it's prepared, hopefully, he won't get bored.

I have given it to them by itself but have also started using it as a “topper” for their kibble. I will just put this on top of their kibble and they will eat it all! I like all the Blue dog products and foods and feel like it is good for them. They like the taste. I’ll try this again! I tried to take a picture of the actual food but let’s face it- no dog food looks delicious in a picture! But even though it didn’t look delicious to me, my dogs still likes it and ate it in less than a minute to it’s a win!

The ingredients are okay but could be better. The texture was soft as my dogs was able to chew it without any issues. They enjoyed it thoroughly! However, maybe instead of big chunks, make them smaller chunks so there is more in the can and a bit more saucy.
