Blue Buffalo Tastefuls Natural Pate Wet Cat Food with Salmon Entrée - 5.5oz

I have two very happy cats when it comes to wet cat food time! Both meow and meow asking for me to get them the food faster!

Inaccurate ingredients - while all my cats love all the pate flavors. 2 of my 4 cats are allergic to brewers yeast, unfortunately there is brewers yeast according to the can.

My cat used to LOVE this until chicken liver was moved up on ingredients list. Now he smells it and throws up. Sadly, liver is 2nd or 3rd on nearly all Blue wet foods.

It is my kitties favorite flavor.

my two cats are very finicky and if they dont like something, they won't eat it. i give them the same amount, but, after a couple hours without them eating it....the dogs always welcomes there leftovers. lol

Purchased two days ago and I was going too feed my cat a better quality food when I opened one of the cans it exploded with cat food going everywhere. The smell was super bad. Had to clean counters walls cabinets also. It was so of scary.

My cats won't touch this salmon pate. Look at it and walk away.

Both of our cats now refuse to eat the Salmon flavor. We typically buy the 12 can case with Salmon, Ocean Fish & Chicken pates. They sniff & walk away from the salmon flavor. They do eat the salmon in wilderness formula, but it's a complete no in tastefuls. There's something wrong with this stuff. The cats love the ocean fish typically eating the whole can in one feeding, the chicken is second favorite which they eat about half, then come back to nibble leaving some which I throw out a couple hours later. Salmon flavor tastefuls used to be their least favorite, but now it's a hard no from both our finicky and our cat that eats anything (except salmon tastefuls). Guess we're not buying the 12 pack mixed cases anymore.

I have 2 big baby boy cats that love wet food. My boyfriend buys the biggest packs he can get at the store so he bought the pack with salmon & I believe white fish tuna was the other flavor. So they ate both of them once. The second time I put the salmon entree down they both put there nose up & walked away. And refuse to eat it at all even if I try to trick them and mix it with the other. So we have 5 boxes of spoonless salmon entree money wasted. Even though we budget & struggle here & there our fur babies get the best. Very disappointed. I'd at first thought maybe it's expired. But they all say good till july 2024 sep 2024 & may 2024. I looked for recalls an found none which shocked me. My in laws feed feral cats we took a few over there an feral cats that chase mice eat trash an do anything to find food & survive REFUSED to eat it. Tried it on numerous groups of feral cats same result. Something is extremely wrong with this Salmon Entree pate spoonless food. I'm going to contact via phone today as well but this is a huge issue. 1 that's a lot of money we as customers are throwing away blue food is not cheap an it's about all we purchase an 2 ifs cats refuse to eat it could there be something in it harmful to them? I've read others complain about the same issue. Hopefully something gets done. I'd even send you the extra containers if someone would test them or something. An the boxes he buys he bought 2 boxes at Kroger an 2 at walmart so it's even different stores carrying it. Same city though.

I tried this all my cats are throwing up now. One just vomited blood tinged. They look severely nauseated. I’m praying they get over it and this food doesn’t cost me thousands in vet bills. What’s in it??? I used to use blue buffalo years ago it was great. I thought I’d switch my cats food to something better but instead it made them all sick.

My cat loves chicken tasteful but refuses to eat this one . He loves to eat but won't touch this. Try to feed strays this. They don't eat it either. Please change recipe. Something wrong with eat. Even homeless cats won't touch it. They would rather starve. This is awful.

My cat will only eat the canned food from the center of the can. Anything touching the sides I have to mix with another brand for him to even look at his bowl. He will finish off every bit of the food in the Spoonless Singles container and since I am trying to get away from using plastic in any form, I switched to canned food. The only difference in the food is the type of container, maybe the coating on the inside of the can imparts a off-putting smell and taste for some cats since I have seen this mentioned in several reviews. Back when the cans were blue, there was no hesitation on my cat consuming the food with gusto.

My cats love this! As soon as they hear the can lid crack open they run straight to the kitchen.

I have been feeding 25 cans a week of the Salmon Pate since it was introduced. The original Salmon Pate with the blue lids was moist and smelled like real fish. It was one of the best foods I have used in over 20 years! The new dry formula with the silver lids is more like a hockey puck with a weird smell. Only one of four cats will eat it and she has vomited several times after eating it. I am trying other brands but would prefer to feed Blue Buffalo if you can switch back to the old formula with the blue lids!

I thought my cats were picky but now I think they just have good taste. They stopped eating several other brands recently so I tried this one. I'm glad I did and so are they! They didn't hesitate to eat it right up!

My 17 lb. boy has lost over 8 lbs in the past year. Vets cannot find any explanation. Tried the Blue Tastefuls salmon pate 2 weeks ago and my Skeeter is EATING - over a 3oz. can daily!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A small jelled pate was exactly as described a bit to jelled for my cat even when i smashed it up it wasnt something my cat had a taste for but could have been just wrong flavor for him .good ingredients probably a tasteful food to another cat .
