While the appearance might not win any awards—think blended baby food—it’s not for me, so I don’t mind! The typical wet dog food scent has a distinctive fishy aroma from the salmon, which is exactly what I expected. I decided to use it as a topper for her dry kibble, and her reaction was priceless! She bolted to her bowl and polished off every single morsel—there wasn't a crumb left behind. My dog grew up on a salmon formula based food because his dad was allergic to chicken so it was salmon for quite some time. It smelled good and looked tasty.

My dog, Whiskey, always appreciates when his food is delicious and I like it even more when the scent isn’t too overpowering. The can comes with an easy pull-tab lid, so these are easy to take on-the-go or while camping as you won’t need to bring a can opener. The proof is in the tasty pudding as Whiskey licked his bowl clean!! Will definitely be putting this in his weekly routine.

I was also wondering if the Salmon scent would be too strong. Turns out he loved it. This isn’t some ground up slop. It’s actual cuts of Chicken and Salmon. I have since been trying the other flavors and he has liked them all.

I couldn’t even finish fighting to get the product out of the can before her face was in the bowl trying to assist. The can has an easy open pull tab lid, but I definitely recommend a spoon to scoop it out as the texture is super thick and packed in. The scent is certainly strong and lingered for a bit after she ate, but it genuinely made her happy and she ate all her food!
