My hands are small and slender. This clip which is a one size fits all doesn't fit my hands well. It is too long so the clip end hits the bone on my hand and not the pressure point. I have to pull it back and then it doesn't stay in place. It was also very tight and painful to wear. I was able to loosen it by clipping it to a small wooden block. It may work for a larger and or thick hand. I ended up buying the Aculief in the extra small size which fits my hands well.
