Q: How do you open the top part of the box?

A: Hello Valued Customer, You would pull the red tab at the top and it allows the front part of the clear section to drop open and expose the bits. The bottom clear plastic section slides to reveal the smaller 1” bits. Thank you for choosing Blue Ridge! - Heaven J.

Q: How do you open the bottom part of the box containing the screw driving bits? I can see them through the little window, but cannot see how to open it. Top part was easy

A: This case hinges at the top of the see through cover. There is a small tab at the bottom of the box which you can lift to open the case.

Thought I'd save time by getting drill bits at Target instead of the hardware store. The very first one I used broke on its first use under totally normal circumstances. Waste of time. Guess I'll be returning this and getting decent ones from the hardware store.

Weird design, but it works

It had all the sizes I need, but packaged in the weirdest way. The bottom half took me a minute to figure out how to open it and I had to turn it upside down and tap on it like a ketchup bottle to get the bits out. Other than that it works great and it’s compact.

Had every size I possibly would need! I had purchased a tv mount and unfortunately as I was installing it realized I needed a particular size to drill into a stud in order to socket wrench a massive screw in. The project itself was already stressful enough so I was completely over it by now. I did a quick Google search and thankfully the target right around the corner from my home had this in stock. I would have never guessed target carried tools! I placed a drive up order and had it within the hour and I was successfully able to complete my project that evening! The tool box itself is a bit flimsy, I initially broke the clear cover trying to pry it open because there were no instructions on how to open it. Thankfully the cover is still intact and keeps closed for the most part so nothing has emptied as of yet from the case. I do like the organization the case provides and I was pleasantly surprised to see the drill bit set as it is always handy to have extra. I am a recent home owner and I have tools scattered everywhere without a clue on where anything is placed so having this case and extra pieces is amazing.
Can't open the bottom section

I really want to like this set, but the drivers don't do me much good because I can't find a way to open the bottom portion of the box!!!! I've seen that there should be a tab to press on the bottom, but it seems to be invisible.

I also received the plastic housing broken. The 1/16 broke in two just by going through some drywall. I’m shocked it broke so easily. Overall the housing for them is poor quality and design.

Drill bits and driver bits are good quality, but I only gave 4 stars because the plastic case has started falling apart after only a few openings. Otherwise no complaints! Great value for everything you get.
