I am very inexperienced at cutting wire. I purchased these 6" diagonal cutting pliers to cut copper located in a hard-to-reach area. They are fantastic! I was able to cut the wire perfectly. The head is curved and slender so it fit in the tight area. The diagonal blades cut the copper without jagged edges. The handles were easy to hold without slipping.

They worked great the first time around, they seem to have dulled out after first use. it got more difficult to cut.
