Q: The utility knife does not operate as described. I need more specific instructions than 'apply pressure to the back of the handle' or 'spin between the two scews' spin what ? which screws?

Q: I bought this knife. The knife is in the open position as packaged. It works great, buy I cannot figure out how to fold it. Is there a button to depress or what? No you tube video that I can find. Thanks.
A: To retract the blade carefully apply pressure to the back of the handle or spin between the two screws. Guide blade slowly into the liner.

Q: How do you fold and open the knife. How do you change the blade
A: To open the knife, you may simply pull the blade holder piece out until it clicks into place. To change the blade, you must push the little side button on the blade holder that has the ridges and pull out the blade.
