  • A: There actually is a mic. It's the tiny hole in back of the power switch. I made a call with it and they heard me just fine.

Q: How do you know you have turned off the earbuds? I really like these but I don’t use them that often, my problem comes when I go to use and the battery has drained. I always recharge after each use but the battery still drains.

  • A: You don't have an indicator like the charging light, but you do hear tones come from the device, they play in a descending order which is slightly different from the sound you hear when you turn them on. Just have to make sure that you held the phone button for at least 7 seconds to turn it off. You just have to trust that they are off at that point, which they are. I guess you can test it by turning them right back on though (hold the power button 5 seconds and listen for the tone).

  • A: Hold the + button for 2-3 seconds to skip forward to next track. Hold the - button for 2-3 seconds to skip back. Quickly pressing them adjusts volume. Holding them will skip forward/back.

Returned. Made a "squeaking" sound. Unpaired and then repaired, but it continued. There's no cushion so it hurts after after a while. It's literally hard plastic in the ears. Paired easily though. Sound quality is good but the ill fit in my ear makes it sound bad. It was too small for my ears so it was falling out, not good for even walking around the room.

Okay so they’re not worth the price tbh. Sometimes it sounds tinney I mean they do the job but sometimes there is an audio delay which is annoying if you’re watching a video.

Waste of money. They’re super quiet at full volume. The charge doesn’t last very long and when they’re dying they notify you by pausing the music and beeping every 30 seconds until they turn off. I hate hate haaate them.

These earbuds are really great but don’t last forever. They pair and work wonderfully with my iPhone holding a charge for AGES. They get heavy usage from me (around 5 days per week, 1-5hrs per day) and because of that they only last 3-6 months. I’ll keep ordering new ones because they’re so affordable and work so well… until they don’t.

I bought these today and I opened them and the first thing I see is EARWAX inside one of them. Target sold me an already used item and it was dirty. please be careful! what sucks is that I am not from the area so I can't return and get a refund.

I’ve only used for 2 days. Bought them to have until my beats flex came in! I’m shocked! They sound so much better than the beats flex! Just got those and compared the sound! Can’t believe it! As far as everything else, the buttons feel kinda cheap but they work and they pair well! I’m surprised at the sound quality honestly! Sending the beats flex back!

I’ve had two pairs now in the last year and they both have had the same issue, they started turning off about every hour and then they just both stopped working completely, can’t even charge them. Don’t waste your money

Connection problems & poor volume

These earbuds have problems connecting to my Pixel 6 Pro phone. Sometimes they connect OK (albeit taking a few seconds), but other times I wait for 20 or 30 seconds only to be greeted with a 3-tone error from the earbuds and a "failed to connect" message on the phone. Overall, I'd say my connection success rate hovers at about 50%. Another problem is that the volume is low. At maximum volume, or sometimes even a notch or two below that, it's adequate for a very quiet ambient environment; but when there's much noise at all (like a truck rumbling by outside my window), voices in podcasts become inaudible. An old pair of LG earbuds, which this was meant to replace, can be cranked up significantly louder. Finally, and least importantly, the on-off button must be pressed for several seconds to turn the earbuds on or off. This is wasted time compared to a simple switch, which could be flicked on or off in an instant.
