Q: Is there a built-in microphone and/or do the headphones have the ability to take calls?
A: Yes and they work for chatting on PC calls too, I tested it.

Q: How do you know you have turned off the earbuds? I really like these but I don’t use them that often, my problem comes when I go to use and the battery has drained. I always recharge after each use but the battery still drains.
A: You don't have an indicator like the charging light, but you do hear tones come from the device, they play in a descending order which is slightly different from the sound you hear when you turn them on. Just have to make sure that you held the phone button for at least 7 seconds to turn it off. You just have to trust that they are off at that point, which they are. I guess you can test it by turning them right back on though (hold the power button 5 seconds and listen for the tone).

Tapping the same button can be used to play/pause music, or answer/end calls. Q: i threw away the user manual and I don't know how to turn them off please help
A: Hold the phone button for at least 7 seconds to turn off, then you should hear the sound of descending tones as indication that they have turned off.

Q: I am trying to charge the earbuds and it is glowing red, red means stop, is this normal?

Q: Is there any way to skip forward or move back a song with the wireless earbuds?
A: Hold the + button for 2-3 seconds to skip forward to next track. Hold the - button for 2-3 seconds to skip back. Quickly pressing them adjusts volume. Holding them will skip forward/back.

Q: if you use these for swimming, and don't put your head underwater, but they get wait a little, is that ok? will water get into the thing to turn up and down the volume?
