These are horrible! They feel like paper. If I hadn't already opened a pack, I would return! I will NEVER purchase these again.

Very thin. The paper comes out of the paper very wrinkled. It almost looks used. You need quite a few to dry your hands. They had a great price.

The paper towels were dirty white. Not white. They seemed as if they had gotten wet because they were scrunched up on the ends. They just didn’t seem clean and I’m afraid to use them.

The box arrived opened and the paper towels were exposed and dirty. This happened more than twice. I threw a lot of the multifold paper towels.

Good paper towel, does its job well.

Used this during the pandemic when there was a shortage of paper products and still continuing to use them because they are cost effective.

We order these often for our guest bathroom. This order has glue stuck to each pack of paper towel which is impossible to get off. We will have to throw them away. Very disappointing.

The box was delivered open upon arrival. It was the manufacturer's box, so the paper towels were just exposed. I'm going to order new paper towels elsewhere from now on.

Very thin paper. I’ve bought similar bulk paper napkins like these but, these are too thin for my liking. As soon as I took a package out the case I knew I wasn’t going to like these napkins. Too lightweight and thin to absorb anything. You’ll have to use good handful for a spill.

Quality is horrible. You need 4 sheets to dry your hands. Thin like tissue paper and price has doubled since 2022

I bought these in September 2022 $19.99 a case. I am appalled that they are now $30.99 a case!!!! Shame on you for the 200% markup!!!

VERY THIN!!! Buyer beware these are the worst paper towels! Something has changed from the last time we bought them. They do not absorb well at all. What a waste of money! We will not buy again. Stiff tissue paper.

The lack of absorption on something marketed as a paper towel is honestly kind of impressive. These could be used as copy paper they're so thin and stiff, and prefer to float over any liquid you would attempt to soak up. Actually, I think copy paper would work better. If you're reading this, buy something else. You'll be stuck like I was using this stuff up for months and hating every minute of it. Gets three stars for 'strength' because it sure did hold up, but I can't say another good word about it. It does not absorb. It's cheap because it's a crappy towel, therefore making it poor value of one star. Single ply paper is softer. Run.

Great! I’ve tried many kinds since switching from hand towels to disposable in our main bathroom and these are the best quality at the best price even over club stores. They aren’t soft but they are as absorbent as commercial paper towels.

these are to hard to pull out without tearing into pieces
