We love this Flaxseed Meal, and put it in our oatmeal every morning. I always choose Bob's Red Mill brand because I trust it over all others. Not only is this product nutritious, it adds a subtle nutty flavor.

I've been using this in my smoothies every morning for a few months now. I'm so glad that I found an organic flax seed meal that is so reasonably priced. I also really like that it has the most complete EFA's over any other plant, meat or fish!
