Great product I've used it to make strawberry daifuku, mochi ice cream and the Hawaiian butter mochi recipe printed on the package I bought. There's plenty in one 24 oz bag and I plan on making dango with the rest. I appreciate the zip bag. Much easier to store and use plus way less messy than boxed mochiko and the flimsy film bags at Asian markets. Those contain way less flour as well.

Good quality white rice flour. I like how it's ground smoothly. I use it in a bread flour blend recipe. I wish it came in a lb-sized bag. I have to buy 2 bags for baking bread every week for a month or less. I really like it and will continue to buy it. Thanks, Bob's Red Mill!

I hadn’t used this type of flour before, but it’s been great. I’m learning Korean cooking and I’ve send this flour several times already. Mixed with wheat all-purpose for pa jeon (scallion pancakes), used straight for injeolmi (like mochi, in a way) and in the picture, some pumpkin soup with chapssal sae-al-shim (rice balls which almost reminded me of a cross between matzoh balls and American southern dumplings).

Good product, great to find a distributor of bulk sweet “glutinous” rice flour. (Note: the product is GLUTEN FREE, the term glutinous is a misnomer that refers to the sticky texture of the baked goods made with this rice flour.) I purchased the 25lb size and it came in a timely manner. Perfect for mochi and other Asian sticky rice desserts.

When my shipment arrived, one of the bags in the box had holes in it. The flour was scattered throughout the inside of the box. The flour itself is being mixed in a gluten free blend. And it’s very good.

Great quality. My family uses this to make our own gluten-free flours and good. The seal doesn’t work the best, but it might be the nature of the flour being so fine.
