Directions Adults and children 7 years of age and older Children 2 to 6 years of age Children under 2 years of age At the onset of symptoms, dissolve 2 tablets under the tongue every 15 minutes for 1 hour. Our family has been using this for 2 years now. (Ages 5-35). A few of us are allergic to cat dander. We take 2 tabs before being in a place with or petting/holding cats and have no reaction! They also work great for seasonal allergies. I recommended them to a friend who lives in a rural area and suffers many allergies. She says these work better than the more expensive brands she has tried.

The packaging is easy to toss in a purse. The taste kinda sucks but it’s tolerable. It is annoying to take multiple times a day but worth it for the feeling.

Tried it a month ago when my allergies were RAGING and they worked Great! Yes, the first hour you have to stay on top of it, but thats to get the medicine at a level so it can work effectively (is my thought). I'm now buying 5 more packets because I don't like using the little travel tubes, 'cuase it's to much plastic for me.

I had a bad allergic reaction, and when I came inside, I took two pills and put them under my tongue. The act of putting them under my tongue and waiting also helped. My sneezing stopped and the meds set it. I really do like this product and think it works well!

I’m so happy with this product. Every year, I terrible allergies when the tree pollen hits. This helped immensely. It helped with my runny, itchy nose, ears, throat, and eyes. This offers great relief for someone like me who cannot take and/or has had bad reactions to conventional allergy medicine.

Been using for years. Follow directions on package and then take as needed. For sinus problems sinus calm also works great. You can take every 4 hours with no drowsiness. Only complaint stores are not carrying them any more and have to do on line
