Uses* temporarily relieves muscle pain and stiffness due to: minor injuries, overexertion, falls, reduces symptoms of bruising such as: pain, swelling, discolorationDirections
Directions Apply a thin layer of Arnicare Gel to affected area as soon as possible after minor injury. Repeat 3 times a day or as needed. If heat or ice is applied, wait 5 minutes before applying Arnicare Gel.Other information

For knee pain it works. I couldn’t walk and I rubbed this on three times a day. It’s a miracle gel! I’ve used other brands and they don’t work as good as this brand. I believe Boiron is the Best.

I wasn't a believer until I began using it regularly. I tend to bruise easily these days on my hands, however with the use of the Gel immediately after a bruise begins, Arnicare begins to work. Instead if 2-3 weeks looking at the bruise< I have noticed it cuts the time to about a week. Thanks Arnicare

Excellent product Relieves pain in minimal time with ease of application. Most effective topical medication I have used especially for chronic pain and stiffness. No evidence of diminished effectiveness with repeated applications.

I stumbled onto this product about 5 years ago when I got a spider bite. A pharmacist suggested I use this product and it gave me such relief from the pain! It takes just a little bit and I use it for ALL my cuts, scrapes and insect bites. I bought a lot of this product to give a stocking stuffers. I think this is an amazing product and I recommend it to everyone I know.

I love Arnica Gel! It’s non greasy, and after working all day, doing chores, taking care of house, family, and digging occasional holes for plants, it is a wonderful product that’s takes away my sore muscles and aching back!

Started with great products timely delivered and fair prices. Now after bragging about Target I get notices I have to spend $35 plus sign up for delivery and sign up for multiple of things. Next day delivery fees I dont want or pick up only. So all of these fees and restrictions make shopping with Target difficult. Why ruin a good thing with fees etc. May shop else where from now on.

So I've had a couple weeks to try this, but I have the tablet version of this product. I like many things about this that I wasn't expecting. First, it is suppose to be for leg cramps, but it took care of my headache as well! I do like how quickly it dissolves, non habit forming, and can use as needed. I sleep on my side and that's what starts the pain. However, I've had no problems after taking this. Great product, and I've already recommended it to a few people.
