Directions Twist roller to the "ON" position and gently squeeze tube to apply a thin layer of product to affected area. Twist roller to the "OFF" position and continue massaging as needed. Repeat 3 times a day. If heat or ice is applied, wait 5 minutes before applying Arnicare Roll-On Gel.Other information

I stepped in a pot hole and tweaked my knee and could hardly walk! The Arnicare Roll on saved the day!! I used it as needed until my knee got better! The ingredients are great for a muscle ache! This is by far my new favorite and will definitely be something I keep on hand at all times! It’s easy to throw in my purse and take on the go!

It's easy to keep in our bag and quick to apply without needing to wash our hands before or after. Arnicare has always been our go to and they just made it much easier!

I applied this and I had relief pretty quickly. I only applied it one more time the next day and then my pain was gone. It’s so easy to use and not messy, which I love. It works wonders on my neck and shoulder pain from awkward sleep positions and even helped ease the pain of my daughter’s bruised thigh. I've tried different lotions, creams, and gels for sore muscles but none of them have had a built-in seal. I've tried this product 5 times so far and it doesn't have much of scent, it's very light, it dries quickly and does not irritate my skin at all. I have sensitive skin and I'm sensitive to smells so it's nice to find a product that does not bother me at all. This is so worth the price and I'm going to go buy another asap!
