Directions
How to dispense pellets? 1. Turn tube upside down. 2. Twist until 5 pellets are dispensed into cap. 3. Carefully remove cap and use it to pour pellets under the tongue.Adults and Children:

I took the suggested dose and about a half hour later I noticed I was walking without so much pain. I truly can stand behind this product.

I have back and knee pain that is some days unbearable. Before I lay down in the evening I just take 5 pellets under my tongue and let them dissolve and when I wake up the next morning the pain is not nearly as bad as it was the night before.

Honestly love this product. I have moderate hip arthititis and was limping badly. Thought my hiking days were over. Limping so much made me feel old before my time. A friend gave me a dose one day and ten minutes later no more limping. Now I take it daily before work (I'm a gardener) and my day is pain free. People no longer ask my why I'm limping. Everyone with arthritus should be aware of this product. Best of all, no side effects and from a company I trust. Thank you Boiron for giving me back my ability to be pain free. I will tell everyone about this miracle
