The instructions on how to take it were clear and super easy; turn the tube upsidedown, twist the cap till 5 pellets are dispensed, pop the pellets into your mouth under the tongue (do not touch them with your hands), and let them melt and go about your day.

They are these tiny pellets that are placed under your tongue and it tastes like peppermint. To dispense, flip bottle upside down, twist cap until there are 5 pellets and then just place it under your tongue. This product can be used up to three times daily. Simple and easy to use. After trying it, I did feel a difference where my allergies are concerned. I think everyone should try it, it's worth it!

Can be used for both adults and kids. My husband had bad allergies and before he took his usual allergy medication I asked him to try the Boiron and he stopped sneezing and all itchy ears etc stopped within 5 minutes. We were impressed. I looked up the history about homeopathy and Dr. Hahnemann and energy medicine makes sense since we are energetic beings unless you think you be below it then you are.
