How to dispense pellets? 1. Turn tube upside down. 2. Twist until 5 pellets are dispensed into cap. 3. Carefully remove cap and use it to pour pellets under the tongue.Adults and Children

This right here helped me feel better quickly. I thought I was going to have to call into work. Thankfully I did not. I have even used the throat calm from this company and I swear by it.
