I’m a college student and mail myself quick meals, this is so easy to make and so good! I can microwave the package directly in the microwave and eat it from the bag, less dishes for me 😎 It also tastes really good too, I normally pile my food with hot sauces, and this is spiced so well I don’t need it :)

Perfect for a middle of the week meal. Just throw on the rice cooker to thicken the meal up or serve it with naan. Only criticisms I have is it could use a bit more salt and due to the packaging it's difficult to get whole bits of potato. It ends up being a little mashed. Otherwise, with a few tweaks like adding salt, I can't be mad at all for adding some variety in my quick meals.

Entirely Authentic flavors and textures ! If I was served these "Bombay Potatoes" in a fine Indian Restaurant : I would rave to all my friends about the "Master Chef" I had "discovered"!! The Kitchen Wizards at Good & Gather decided to go "Bold & Spicy & Very Indian" in creating this recipe ! : and I'm SURE glad they did ! This Dish is Proof that "Vegetarian Food does not need to be bland or timid !" The potatoes are diced to about the same size as the chickpeas : The chickpeas seemed the far more dominant Flavor and textures : Especially when swimming in this spicy and delicious Masala Sauce : The dish seems very reminiscent of traditional Chana Masala'... ( which I have Only previously tried in Indian Restauranants ) ... and THAT'S OKAY WITH ME !!! YUM !!!

I was so excited to try this, been vegetarian for 6 years. in the first bite I was impressed that it was so flavorful but realized it tasted a little too like real meat so I checked the package which says vegetarian. Took another bite and spit out a piece of hamburger meat, I've fully inspected it there's nothing else it could be DO NOT BUY THIS what a health hazard I'm amazed this could even happen

For goop in a bag that’s ready in 60 seconds, this is pretty good! I like it atop brown rice with some peas and naan. I wish it was a bit spicier, and it could use some salt, but for a quick Indian-adjacent meal, I’m not mad at all.

I enjoyed these! Are they “authentic” to Indian food? No. But they are tasty for a quick easy meal with some jasmine rice. I do find them to be a little under salted but that’s easily fixed with a pinch of table salt. The picture on the package is misleading, however, it makes it look like there is broth but really it’s more of a thick dense gravy. It’s vegan which is nice if you have people with dietary restrictions, and I think the texture of the potatoes and chickpeas is spot on!

This was really delicious coupled with the Spanish Rice but it goes with anything. Even with chapatis or bread. Serving size was great for one person and left no aftertastes and digests well. Loved every bit

Much like the other Indian food items from this store brand, it tastes like the person who designed it has never had Indian food. very little spice and what spice is in it is muddy and not balanced. If you think this is remotely Indian then you've never had Indian food.

The potatoes add à thickness, and the spices are downright delicious and savory. I like how it containers turmeric, and I served atop rice garnished with chopped cilantro and green onion. It was good and I recommend if you want à vegetarian dish. I would buy it again.

I would say 1 package comfortably would serves 2 people, I was trying to split it between 5 plates so that is why there is a small amount. The Bombay potatoes had a nice little zip of spice to them so be warned if sharing with small children. Overall they were super easy to make (1 minute in the microwave) and were enjoyed by 3 out of the 5 people eating dinner that night.

I added water as the sauce is quite thick. I also added more chickpeas, salt and pepper, onion, cilantro and shrimp. The spice level is perfect. Paired with naan. It was delicious!

I belong to Indian origin and anyone tried Indian original would not like this one at all. IT is preety thick in consistency, can taste preservatives right away and has this weird smell of some spice, which is overpowering the whole recipe. Did not like it.

These cook extremely fast in the microwave. I was surprised at how great they tasted alone and the entire package is roughly 290 calories and very filling. I will be purchasing again.
