I really love this chair. Its comfortable and sleek looking. My only issue is that the hydraulic does not work properly. the seat falls all the time and will not stay up.

It looks great, yeah sure. But the frame of the chair digs into the back of my leg and makes it extremely uncomfortable. If you are WFH all the time like me, look elsewhere. I’ll be buying a new chair so i don’t have back problems. I’ve had this for a year now and it’s held up all things considered.

I hate ordered things that require assembly and was so nervous when it arrived. This was SO simple-4 screws with washers & Allen wrench (included) that were perfectly aligned. Took maybe 10 minutes. Chair looks great and is comfy. Swivel and can adjust height. Also arrived 2 weeks earlier than expected. Perfect ivory color and looks well constructed. So happy with the purchase ❤️

Best price online for this item. It arrived early, was easy to put together and is stylish yet also sturdy and comfortable. My only complaint is with some QC issues, like the edging of the wood on the bottom of the seat and a lot of loose fibers/strings on the seams of the seat - I would expect a little better quality for these things with the price of the item. Overall it looks great it my office and is comfortable enough for daily use. My only concern is long-term quality so fingers crossed it doesn't fall apart quickly!
