they are delicious , I just suggest buying them the day you are going to them . I sear them on both sides and add some good and gather beef broth and two cans of good and gather pumpkin and 1 bag of good gather kale two tbsp of good gather butter , salt ,pepper, cumin , bullion and Seabuckthorn oil let it simmer ,pop my frozen fresh bake dinner rolls in the oven and my baked potatoes (I get them at target too.) man I knock all my 6 babies plus my hubby out clean the house and take a shower . then I knock out too. quiet house from 8:30pm to 7am . they are a staple I'm my weekly shopping regiment.

we buy these all the time and love them. I marinade them, throw them on the grill and they are great! Reasonable price, feeds the family and I have lunch the next day!
