I order this product on a regular basis. This time the jar was broken and jam had spilled out. In order to get a refund of $6.50 I have to send or take the broken jar back! I maintain a Shipt account so that I don’t have to go to the store. I have a disability which is why I pay the annual fee for Shipt plus a tip each time. For $6.50 I am just throwing the jar out. This was my first problem needed a refund. I do understand that there must be a significant amount of attempted and actual fraud. Perhaps a $$ threshold and customer’s return/refund history could be considered down the road. I love the brand of jam and Target almost always has it in stock. I will continue to buy from Target but am disappointed that I needed to return the $6.50 jar. :-(

Tastes great, but there are large chunks in it with stems and TONS of seeds. Might buy again cause the taste is amazing, but I don't love having to pick through and take the chunks out.

There's actually whole blackberries in it lol or at least there was in mine. It's ok, bit too sweet for my liking but quality is pretty good. Wish they made it in seedless... Not sure I'll buy again.
