Grapes are pressed immediately after harvest to maintain peak freshness. The juice is kept in contact with the grape skins for a very brief period, giving the wine its brilliant yet delicate pale pink hue. Each varietal is cold fermented separately. After aging in stainless steel tanks for two months, the final blend is assembled.
