I don’t like the fact it doesn’t connect to the app, I don’t like the fact Google assistant never works, but most of all I don’t like the Bluetooth which breaks up! Apple has issues with Bluetooth too so who knows who’s at fault; all I know is JBL works fine!

Add this speaker for a couple of years. Issues are the button identification is difficult if you have poor eye sight. Also when you run your fingers over the buttons you cannot differentiate between them. We have recently stuck a red dot on the volume up button. This is also helpful is the lights are off and what to use the volume buttons instead of asking Alexa to turn the volume down.

Great sound but lots of issues with the battery. I learned how to reboot it. But I need to do it all the time. If you have issues make sure to read product manual. You would think it is not necessary. But this is a small computer and it has lots of codes and blinking lights that mean different things. I read some reviews that said the speaker stopped working. They clearly did not read the manual.

I bought it as refurbished speaker but no difference from the new. I'm encouraging everybody to do the same because the sound quality is same no dent or scratches or any technical issues. And most important you saving the planet.

For the price, it's not that good. It is tough and does what it's supposed to do, but it sounds really bad and distorted at high volumes. At lower volumes, it does sound really good. I am always fighting with it over the wifi too, constantly having to reset the whole thing. I would not buy it again.

I’ve had this for 3 years now and it is a great speaker. Do not try to link multiple units. That function does not work well. As a single speaker though this is flawless.
