Only thing I like about these is the sound.. other than that. They are hard to keep in your ears.. can’t go far from my phone while doing yard work, which was the whole point of why I got these. I would not recommend these, ear fittings sucks, battery life sucks all around horrible product. HIGHLY DON’T RECOMMEND, especially for the price it’s like getting something from 5 below but for a lot more $$$..

The earbuds come with three different sized ear tips; we'd recommend trying the three different sizes to ensure best fit. You can also use a different size per ear to ensure best comfort. My earbuds are 1 yr old and no longer hold charge for more than 30 minutes. Seems like they should last longer than 1yr.

I bought these about two years ago and have used them pretty regulary (1 hour, 3-5 days a week). The sound is great and they hold fast in my ears even while running. Connects to different devices easily. However, the battery life went way down after about 1.5 years, and at this point won't even turn on. There is no easy option for battery replacement. So, that's a bummer considering the cost.

Hey, The SoundSport wireless headphones do not offer noise cancellation technology. Whilst the StayHear+ tips do offer a level of noise masking, this may not block out all noise. To maximize the noise masking effect, make sure you use the best size ear tips suited to you. Please note, It's not unusual to need a different size for each ear. ....they stopped working in June of 2020. Target and Bose were no help. I will say its sound quality was outstanding.

These are the WORST headphones I’ve ever owned. Such a waste of money. They constantly fall out. They always fall off my neck if I take them out for a little. They constantly disconnect from my phone. The battery life is TERRIBLE. And now one side is louder than the other, for no reason. I would NEVER recommend these. Just go get a pair of Beats by Dre those are worth every penny.

I love everything about these earbuds. I wish I would have bought them a long time ago. The sound is incredible, the features and how they wear is amazing! Gone are the days of cords and having earbuds falling out! I can't say enough good things about these. Don't think about it, just get them! They are worth every penny!

I LOVE Bose earbuds - these were my third pair in a decade, but the first that were bluetooth. I went wireless because the last two pairs broke after getting caugut on cabinet handles. The battery is a huge detractor of these earbuds. They sound great, are easy to use, and never get caught on things. But the battery life is inconsistent. You can charge it for a couple of hours (per the user manual, it should take just two hours to get a full charge), connect them at 100%, then suddenly you're hearing a message that the battery is low and you "need to charge now." The battery is supposed to power the earbuds for about 6 hours but that has not been my experience (bought just under a year ago). I just took a walk that lasted an hour and 40 minutes, and the battery died in less than an hour, after a two hour charge. For the price of these earbuds I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a better battery. They're essentially useless for their intended purpose. They cannot be used while charging, so they are not even good backups for when you ultimately replace them.

I’ve had these for almost a year and they’re honestly pretty disappointing. The battery life at this point is garbage. I can maybe get 3 hours total before they need to be charged again. The plastic clip that allows you to attach it to your shirt completely cracked and broke off. The sound quality comes and goes. I just honestly would’ve expected better from Bose.

Hello, Sorry you have been left disappointed in your headphones. You should be receiving up to 6 hours of battery life with your product, do ensure these are up to date with the latest firmware. You can do this via connecting to a computer via USB and visiting http://btu.bose.com/ where you will get further instructions. This should show some improvements, however if this persists, reach out to your local Bose technical support team. Initially, I loved these headphones. I owned a pair for two years. But after about 6 months I noticed that the battery life started to diminish. What used to be almost six hours diminished to 2 1/2 hours, 3 at most. Would constantly need recharging if I used them throughout the day. Also, they would rarely charge to 100%. Only if I used the USB cable included, and only on a USB drive. Using a regular power cube or another USB cable would only charge them to 80-90%. After a two years, the sound quality went. I lost bass and any sort of dynamic sound. Very disappointed. I expected longer life and not so many issues from Bose.
