Sound quality is great but I can’t use them to take or make hands free calls on my cell. I can hear the other person but they can’t hear me. I tried the fixes that I found online but they still don’t work. I will be returning and requesting a refund.

Christmas gift, my ears are small and traditional earbuds fall out, so my husband got me these. They fit nicely, stay on, but don't give the sound I'm used to from Bose. Also, while on a call, it's hard for the person to hear me speak

Although they don't sit directly in the ear canal, these earbuds are still designed to supply the rich, high-quality Bose sound you're used to, and you can use the Equalizer and Immersive Audio settings in the app to help get the sound you want. If you're having trouble being heard on a call, also make sure your earbuds have the latest firmware, as offered in the app. I hope these suggestions are useful! Bought the ear buds but the only thing is that you can charge the case and the buds but when you go on the app it tells you how much charge is in the buds but it doesn’t tell you how much charge is in the case ??

I truly cannot be happier with my purchase, they are so lightweight and comfortable you completely forget you have them “on” your ears. The sound clarity and quality is the best I have ever experienced. My battery life has exceeded all my expectations and has lasted 3days without plugging them in to charge! Did I mention how adorable they are? Super cute and way more functional than any other brand this far! Thank you Bose for thinking outside of the box!

The earphones has good quality material. Connection to device options are tricky and not straightforward. Why can’t one share connection with devices on the same account?? Also, volume is not always good; even at the highest volume level, it is not loud enough except one holds the earbuds to the ear! Not good at all!!
