Bose Wireless Surround Speakers

Speakers do what they are designed to do! And are eye apealing!

I have always loved Bose products... the Bose surround sound speakers will not connect to any of my devices! I've spent hours trying to download remotes and trying to find a way for them to connect. I know I will appreciate their quality when I can get them to work!

Excellent complement to my Soundbar and bass speaker

I purchased this item a few weeks ago. Works great. Only problem that I'm having is I don't have a smart phone so I'm not able to adjust the sound. To bad this can't be done with the remote.

High quality as always, BOSE is my favorite and the only audio brand in my home!

Can't connect support sucks long term customer very disappointed

I am very happy that I purchased these speakers a couple of weeks ago. They work nicely with my Smart Sound Bar 900 and Base Module500. Just be prepared to try more than once to get the speakers to connect. I think it was the third time I tried when finally they connected and it has been smooth sailing ever since. They are an amazing addition.

We hooked them up to the soundbar 600 immediately. The Bose app took a minute to acknowledge the speakers with the system. I also got the wall/ceiling mount for the speakers. The connection for the connected power supply is on the bottom of the speaker and the hole cut out is on the top of the mount. It took quite a long time to figure out the mounting since all the pictures included (no real instructions) did not look like our speakers. These speakers are VERY dependent on the streaming service applications beings used as to the quality of sound. The first hour, we weren't sure if they worked at all. When we got everything connected and mounted, the sound really adds to the system.

Normally, I LOVE Bose products. However I will be sending back my Bose Surround Speakers. They added nothing to my experience. They were barely audible, even when turned up to the max.

The speakers are smaller than I expected but the sound from them is everything I expect from Bose and combined with a Bose sound bar and bass module really makes a difference in the enjoyment of movies AND music. The speakers, as I say, are smaller than I expected but the components for wirelessly receiving the sound are much BIGGER than I expected. When Bose advertisements suggest that the surround sound speakers are unobtrusive, they are talking ONLY about the speakers and not the rest of the system to connect them. So, be aware that you will have to find a way to conceal all of the connection equipment that are 10 times the size of the speakers themselves.

Setting up with wireless connection to those speakers is pretty neat. It would be great if you could also make a transmitter so as they could be added to any legacy home theater systems.

First of all, the speakers are VERY SMALL. Did not like the size. I thought they were approximately 6” tall. Not the case Set up was a nightmare. I have had other surround systems which I was able to set up within 20 minutes. I tried to set up these speakers by myself; 2 hours later I was still trying. I called customer support; another hour or so more and there was still no sound coming from the speakers even though I was doing everything the rep was telling me. In the end the rep suggested a return for exchange or refund. I went for the refund.

So happy with this purchase! These surround speakers are small so they don't take up a lot of space, but the sound is full and vibrant. Really fills the room with quality surround sound. Because of their small size and light weight, they are easily knocked over so stands/mounts are a must-have. Great value!

First let me say that Bose Customer Service is top notch but I have had nothing but issues with these. Once of my speakers had static constantly. So it was a process but first had to send speaker, get a new one back, still static. Then the receiver part, got a new one, worked for a bit. Now back to static and kicking in and out. I have a Samsung sounder for a quarter of the price in my bedroom that may not sound as good but gives me 0 issues. First time I sprung to pay this kind of money for Bose and sadly, I will not do that again. Very disappointed in these speakers. I also have the 500 with the subwoofer. The subwoofer gave me a lot of static as well and called and customer service sent me out a aux cord to hard wire it which did take care of the issue. Overall this whole package, the 500 soundbar, subwoofer, and 2 speakers were quite. a bit of money. Once again, very disappointed.

I was pondering about these for at least 2 years before making the purchase. Why ponder so long? Well couple of reasons - mixed reviews from folks where some were of the opinion that there is no sound and others saying that it is just awesome; and couple that with the price tag, then you can begin to ponder! So, ok, bought it and have been using them for a good 6 months now after pairing them with my Bose SoundTouch 300, and we have been having an amazing time! We have actually managed to watch a lot of sci-fi movies again, just to realize what we have bought and how good sound can be. These speakers added that extra dimension to the sound of a TV and have brought out the best. There are serious moments when you feel that - "Hey where did that sound come from, or hey is there someone in the back!" I'd say, when you get those kind of feelings or questions, then yes, you have got what you asked for! These speakers are small, easily blend with the stuff you might have in your shelves and get tuned to the room environment using the Bose tech of ADAPTiQ audio calibration. They fill the room with excellent sound and can be tuned even further with the Bose SoundTouch App using your mobile / mac / pc. Worth every penny if you want the surround sound experience at home!

I bought the speakers about a week ago to go with the 700 soundbar and sub woofer . They are great little speakers easy to hide. Sound quality and set up very easy . The in built instructions are very clear, simples! . The only down side is the Wi-fi connector ( on 700 speakers too) they are large and difficult to hide. It would be better if Bose built into the speaker . Speakers would be a bit bigger but you can hide the one cable a lot easier. Also why a black cable. Do what a lot of companies do now and BOSE PLEASE make them TRANSLUCENT !!

So disappointed with the small surround speakers. They should be able to regulate the volume in the app and the treble and bass.i would recommend a Bose product since I have 2 rooms And a RV with surround system.
