I bought these brousing at my local Target store. They are easy to incorporate in my workouts and add a balance challenge. Also there are good Bosu exercises on Youtube.

These were recommended by my physical therapist to assist in my rehab after knee surgery. They are sturdy and hold up well for there small size. Use them to work on balance and strengthen my knees and legs. You can also buy the larger Bosu Ball for balance work but these work just fine for my needs. Recommend these without hesitation.

These are a good alternative for someone who’s never used a bosu ball before, or just looking for more versatility. These are not very high off the ground, and are small enough to use for both hands and feet. I like the ability to move them apart to do different exercises, and it allows you to put them where you need them instead of trying to fit on one big one that may not be the right size for you. These are small and lightweight enough you can use them just about anywhere. They seem to stay put pretty well. Great for balance and working your stability muscles.

straightened my posture, head higher and staighter thanks to building neck muscles, flexibility vastly improved thanks to strengthening in legs, core and all over. And I got the Bosu Balance Bar to use with them.

Being diagnosed with 2 diffrent forms of myositis, adding the Bosu Balance Pods with the Bosu Balance Trainer take my core strength, mobility and balance work outs to the next level. I know they will be a regular part of my workout routine once I'm done with physical threrapy.

I loved and used the bigger Bosu ball in highschool and wanted to try something similar that was in budget at the time. I actually really like these. they make squats fun. I work from home. I leave these on the floor during the work day and do mini workouts each time I get up from my desk. I'm going to buy a second set for more workouts.

during the pandemic i ordered so much home gym stuff just small stuff like these and resistance bands. these are great i do squats on them, i get super sore since you have to use your balance. great and study! not about to gain that quarantine 15 ;)

These are great additions to a home workout set up. Lots of different ways to use them to challenge your core and build balance.

Within an hour of purchase, my daughter broke a bone in her foot. She was using them dome side up which is supposed to be the safe recommended way. They are good quality and very small.
