Q: I'm reading reviews about how the quilt becomes distressed after one wash? Not sure why this would happen after one wash. I just ordered and I am afraid the quilt will discolor after one wash.

    We have used this quilt for nearly 2 years now. My son is young and is constantly changing favorites as far as toys and characters, but we have been able to continue using this beautiful neutral quilt and just changing the sheets to fit his favorites. It ties the room in so well and is perfect for the warmer months when his room does not get cold. It is perfectly soft and the sizing is good for the sides of the bed.

    I purchased this quilt for my teen sons bedroom. Initially I was hoping to purchase the full size Pillowfort comforter set in a similar color, however they were out of stock. I wasn't sure if this would be "comfy" enough, but he's very happy with it...and so am I. I love the color and the texture of the blanket. It looks neat and not super wrinkly when the bed is made. It is soft and comfortable without being too hot. The only thing I feel it's missing are pillow shams, but that's a personal preference. It does not come with them and I don't believe you can purchase them in this color seperately. Nonetheless we are very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend it!

    Beware of color inconsistencies. We are in the midst of redecorating - bought 1 navy comforter and used that to pick a paint color for the walls. Bought a 2nd navy comforter and it looks noticeably darker than the 1st one I purchased. Really disappointed by this!

    I’m an adult man, standing at 6’ tall and I purchased the Full/Queen Size. I used the Twin Size quilted blanket on Haleakala, and it’s surprisingly warm in 60° weather. I bought the Full/Queen Size for my bed as the color orange matched my wall paint. Best handwash with your detergent of choice rather than machine wash, the Twin Size didn’t survive the agitation and spin processes. Ultimately, I’ll recommend without hesitation to friends and family.

    I'm giving this 4 stars because I bought the navy blue and it is much darker than the picture. So far it is holding up pretty well for our toddler on their toddler bed. Definitely not sized for that,so it is a little big but I expected that when ordering.
