Q: I have a 4 yr old that wears a size 10 shoe. Would he be a Medium size or a Large? Size chart says 9-2.5 is a medium, but also says a size 3-10 is a large? Not sure if these are kids or toddler sizes?

A: The first set of shoe sizes are the toddler shoe sizes, like size S and M. Size M and L go into child shoe sizes. I’m guessing you would need M.

A: Hello Yessssssss - These Cat & Jack socks will be a medium “thickness.” However, if you are looking for lightweight, we would suggest the Cat&Jack ankle pack (we do not carry this weight of sock in a crew length). Q: I don't understand the sizing for the size L socks. It says it goes from 3-10 but boys shoes only go up to a size 6 or 7? I think that is what people are confused about who are asking about the sizing. Please clarify what the 3-10 means.

We loved these socks when my boy fit size small. We bought him size medium when he outgrew those, but the size medium socks are huge! The heel sits behind his ankle and the socks nearly reach his knees. It will be a while before they fit him, and because there’s no size between the small and the medium available, we’ll have to find an alternative until then.

The size chart is SO OFF. Small is 5.5-8.5, Large is child 3-7… so medium would be 8.5-3?? That doesn’t even make sense. Ordered small, following the online chart and they were way too small, ordered a large, thinking they increase in sizes of 3 like the small, and they were way too big 3-7. Just trying to find socks for size 11-12 and apparently they don’t exist. Frustrated with target on this one.
