Boys' Minecraft Shorts - Light Beige

Finally, a pair of shorts that aren't only for husky kids. I get it, husky kids need to wear stuff that isn't too long all the time, but you can cut off extra length. Skinny kids, however, have few options and usually get stuck wearing floods and too-short shorts to prevent their pants falling off with every step. These shorts are nice and long with an accurate waist size and a functional drawstring. My son is 11, 5"1', 81 pounds and typically wears a cat and Jack size 12 for waist and 14 for length. The large in these shorts fit him perfectly. There was a touch of room in the waist that was easily handled by the drawstring. The shorts hit him at the knee while standing and didn't look too wide or narrow in the thigh. He loves the creeper design, too, and said they're very comfortable. I haven't washed them yet to see how they'll hold up, but the try on session ended in happiness!
