I used one bottle so far will buy some more and see the difference with over time use. Recommended to my friends and family. My sister started taking the inner glow skin as well, and had good things to say about it.

The capsules are large with a prominent apple cider vinegar taste so it made it hard to take them daily (especially when the dose size is three capsules). I just didn’t notice a change, or at least enough of a change to make me want to repurchase this product and continue using it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First and foremost the pills are entirely too big for me to swallow. They have an unpleasant order the is difficult to get passed. As I have forced myself to take they for two weeks, I didn’t see a significant change in my skin. I still have fine lines and wrinkles that did not appear different in anyway. Perhaps if I took them for a longer period of time I may have been able to see a difference, but they are just to difficult to swallow. 
Not sure about smoothing fine lines but I no longer have heartburn daily.

Though to be honest I'm a bit rough on my skin scalding hot showers and constantly washing my hands in hot water. I have noticed that I no longer seem to have the daily heartburn that has been the bane of my existence for years. Added benfit? Seems that way! The capsules are larger and definitely smell of apple cider vinegar, but I didn't burp up the taste of ACV during my trial so that was a win. Will continue taking and am considering adding these to my daily supplements.

I did however notice stomach irritation. Now, my experience may be isolated as I have a stomach that is easily knocked off kilter but I was hopeful with this product and sadly have been left wanting.

These are perfect because I don’t have to tolerate the burn, just swallow with plenty of water. They are potent so you HAVE to drink a lot of water when you take them.

Ive actually recently just lost 10lbs!! No lie! I cant say 100% it was these that helped but i believe they certainly helped me curb my appetite. I haven't been exercising much so id have to say these really did what they are supposed to. The only downside is you have to take 3 at a time and they arent small.

However, drinking it straight can affect your tooth enamel and burn as it goes down. Drinking it diluted seems like a chore. For those reasons, I was so excited to learn that Bragg now has an ACV in pill form that also has phytoceramides. While it still has that ACV smell, it definitely goes down a lot smoother!

I take it in the morning with the rest of my supplements. I love that it also has apple cider vinegar in it so I don’t have to take a separate supplement for that.

I have tried drinking this vinegar in the past because of the benefits but could never stick to it because of how difficult the taste is. You could definitely smell the vinegar coming from the pills but I like the smell. You have to take 3 pills a day which isn’t a problem for me. The benefits of regulating cholesterol and helping to burn fat is a plus. I haven’t had any issues from taking them and I will continue to use these.

I will continue to take them to get the full effect. I will say it is difficult to take three at a time without gagging. 😞
