Some questions are a little trickier to answer for kids so we had to stop and explain a couple of them. Overall a fun and unique game! I definitely want to check out the adults only version for game night with friends!

The game challenges you to race to answer all sorts of different “personal prompts” with a slight warning: “Be warned, answers can be revealing” but that’s all in the direction you allow your game to take. Our girls (ages 9 and 14) love this card game for 3+ players.

You need to be ready to follow the directions on one of the other player's cards, but you don't know which player until you draw and they're all ready to compete against you. I like it because it makes the elderly person I care for think and use their memory.

There’s a bit of yelling and talking over each other which is fun for a silly, boisterous game night. You’ll learn some funny things about your fellow players and have a lot of laughs. Packaging is cute too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With younger kids at home, it is not always easy to find a family game that everyone enjoys playing. Either the kids get bored easily or either the adults get bored. I heard a lot of good things about the brain freeze game so decided to give it a try and I am glad I did because we all had a lot of fun playing it. The game container is super cool and look just like an ice cream pint. It is very compact and we can easily bring it with us when we travel. The game time is not too long and is perfect for a quick after dinner game or road trip breaks. Overall, we all really enjoyed Brain Freeze, it is very fun and it gets a 5 stars rating from us all!

Played this with my family over Thanksgiving and had an absolute blast. Funny how much we learned about each other. I now bring this to any event where I am meeting new people as it is an excellent way to break the ice!

I'm a huge fan of Dyce games, and Brain Freeze is one of the reasons why. I use this game as an ice breaker, because it doesnt ask super probing questions or put people on the spot like some of the other games do (which are fun too! just for different crowds). Brain Freeze leaves it up to two players to answer the questions as quickly as they can. So if somebody new to the group doesn't want to answer a question, they just take their time, the other person answers. So should I players can sort of sit back at first, but then they get drawn into the fun as the game goes on and start to participate. This version's good for the whole family. But check out the NSFW version!! I have all of Dyce's games, and have yet to be disappointed. This review is actually for a copy I bought for one of a friend who keeps asking to play it at my place.
