Q: What ages are these for? Can a 1 year old have this?

A: According to their website braniacfoods.com "Our Little Brainiac® squeezies are formulated for any over 1 year old to enjoy! Please keep in mind our pouches have a removable cap that makes them unsuitable for unsupervised children under 3 years old. We recommend consulting with your pediatrician before introducing foods to your child." I do think that should be listed under the details or specs on target though.

The juice is low in sugar and has brain boosting nutrients, you can't taste the veggies in it either. Great for healthy school lunches!

I like that it's full of brain boosting nutrients and healthy ingredients. Good size of the pack on the go. All it's great, but the taste is weak, as water added to the punch, don't have a bright taste.

I didn’t love the pouch as my almost 2 year old was unable to drink it without splashing very sticky juice on the tip of his head. It was great for my 4 year old though.
