Q: Is there a charging port for the batteries

A: I've had this shaver for probably ten years and I always used rechargeable batteries. It works brilliant. I really don't see why they would recommend against rechargeable batteries. Then there are various reasons why I avoid devices with built-in rechargeable batteries. After a while the capacity of all batteries goes down. With built-in batteries there's little you can do about it, but with this shaver you get new rechargeable batteries and you're fine again. ;-) Also, ... when a device with built-in batteries runs out of power you have to recharge and wait. With this shaver I keep an extra set of rechargeable batteries charged. When the batteries in the shaver run out of power I swap them. ;-) Also ... I never had rechargeable batteries that leak. ;-) And then ... you'll only need one charger for many devices. ;-)
submitted byBart - 5 years agoA: they don't recommend using rechargeable batteries either 1.1 volt vs 1.5 - but replaceable batteries are more convenient and you don't have to carry a cord or charger around.

A: One, but it works very well. Shaves as close as full size Braun, Panasonic, just takes slightly longer

A: We do not recommend using any non-alcohol based pre-shave as the ingredients contained in them might damage the shaver. If you would really like to use a pre-Shave, it should only be an alcohol based one. If you use a pre-shave product please be sure to clean the shaver head each time by following the directions in the user manual.

Q: Does this work on leg hair? or just facial hair?

A: Thanks for asking. Our shavers are designed to be used on the face and neck area. The hair can be coarser on different parts of the body, so using our shavers on other body parts could damage the foil, cutter block, and motor.

I did not receive my package/order from Target!!! I have an enclosed front porch and just outside the porch door is my mailbox and just above the mailbox in a glass window I have a sign that says "ALL PACKAGE INSIDE OF FRONT PORCH"!!! IF PACKAGES ARE LEFT OUTSIDE OF FRONT PORCH, THEY COME UP MISSING OR TAKEN OR STOLEN!!!! SO I WASTED MONEY I DO NOT HAVE FOR SOME THIEF!!!!!

I bought this based on reviews and pricing. This is the worse electric shaver I’ve ever owned. My thoughts as follows: 1. Battery life is good but… 2. It makes a mess with beard clippings everywhere. 3. Despite numerous shaving, it can’t shave my neck area, 4. I actually had to shave with a razor and then use the electric shaver and I suspect I was just moving it around my face. I might as well be 10 years old and shaving with a pretend razor with my dad. lol. If I could give negative stars I would. Worthless and no good.

I bought two M-60 shavers in 2009 during my mobilization to Afghanistan. Reason I bought two was in case one quit working. It is now April of 2024 and I still have both of them and they still work! I don't remember how much they were back then, but I know wasn't much. The best shaver for Military personnel. Comes in handy out in the field and deployments! I highly recommend this product!

Easy to use, does a really great job, and under $20! I have super sensitive skin, which is one reason I prefer to use this instead of a regular blade, which always causes a lot of razor burn no matter which steps I take to avoid it, so I've paid $80 for similar shavers, thinking more expensive meant they would be better. I saw the great reviews on this while looking for an on the go shaver for my husband to keep in his car, and initially bought it for him. One day I noticed huge scrapes down my leg while using the expensive shaver & I realized the foil had gotten snagged and bent which was scraping my skin. So I got this out to borrow it, but it became mine after I noticed it did better than the $80 one, and it's cheaper than the price to simply replace ONLY the foil my old razor. Which is also why I love that the cover is attached, and simply swings around which also makes it impossible for me to lose the cover & impossible for it to turn on if the cover is on - making it perfect for on the go shaving, knowing it won't accidentally turn on if something bumps it while in my bag. I'm writing this review now after coming back to purchase a second one for my husband!

I am a bussines traveler, i bought this shaver considering the brand and "shave quality". First take too much time to shave up 20min. Second, it is not designe for thick hair beard, do not reach well those hair in different position even if you move the shaver to any direction and pressure on your face. When it shave, have a clean shave with good quality and skin soft. but always have to complete my shave with a manual blade shaver, personally i use with 4 blades. Maybe it is designe for not heavy beard and thin hair.

larger than I thought it would be. I wanted to take the item with me when I travel or commute: it'd be better if it'd have been more compact (like an older model that I've owned).
A very good solution for those purposes still, but may not be too good if your skin is sensitive.
The batteries are drained quickly, as it is almost with every braun product... a very bad con, since this is for travel purpose.
It would be nice if the batteries (even if still are AA or AAA) would be rechargeable with a usb cord while in the shaver, or a similar solution.
