First, separated from container, not full. Still sealed do it cans that way. Then very icy milky, thin. Definitely not a creamy ice cream. Waste of money and calories. I can't imaging all flavors are this way, right?

Breyers was THE ice cream brand when I was a kid. But it’s not the same. Most of their products cannot even be called ice cream, they’re frozen dairy desserts with ingredients that the would not be allowed under the old Breyers Purity Pledge. I think Turkey Hill and Edys taste better, especially the Turkey Hill simply natural. I won’t be buying Breyers again.

Not what mom used to buy. I stopped buying Breyers years ago when they reduced the size of their container from a half gallon. We moved on to a couple of competitors. But growing up it's all mom purchased. This past week Breyers was BOGO at my local market. So we decided to give it a try. We purchased a chocolate and a rocky road. Disappointment would be an understatement. Breyers or their parent company has definitely thinned out their product. The chocolate was tolerable but the rocky road tasted fake. Especially compared to comparably priced competitors. It is so sad that more and more companies have lost sight of american exceptionalism and have sold out their core values for a few extra pennies of profit. Perhaps that's why Breyers has less shelf space and competitors are increasing. Tilamook, Haagen Daaz and Talenti are what we had moved on to years ago. In today's economic enviroment we felt compelled to eat through the two 1.5 quart containers. While we eventually finished the chocolate, the rocky road was sent down the drain. It is just another example of what used to be a quality American Company that has sold out. We have offically moved on from Breyers permanently. It's not worth the cost even if it's BOGO. Complete disappointment.

The BEST commercial brand ice cream! I stick with my favorite which is chocolate. It has a darker color than others which means they’re using dark chocolate to start with. Much more flavor than others!

I just purchased the chocolate and it’s nothing like it used to be. Picture shows how ice cream used to be but now it’s dark and not even creamy anymore. Hope y’all go back to the old way bc I will not buy the chocolate again. Nothing like it used to be. It used to be delicious now it’s not good at all. Why change it?

Breyers’ Chocolate has been my favorite for life, even craving it when pregnant with my 36-yr-old. Tonight I found a piece of blue plastic in a bite from my dish of chocolate ice cream. Yech!! I have a photo but can’t add it.

As someone with a cocoa and chocolate allergy, I will literally risk my life for this ice cream. [As dumb as it may seem] It sorta tastes like double fudge chocolate brownie despite not containing brownie. Very rich milk chocolate flavor. srsly In luv ❤️🩹

This is the only brand of ice cream that I will eat, with chocolate being my absolute favorite my house always has at least a half gallon of breyers chocolate ice cream in it. Mint chocolate chip would be our second favorite and there's rarely a time where we don't have that in the freezer as well. My only complaint would be, that I am hard-pressed to find coupons for breyers ice cream or products and they are very rarely on sale at my local grocery stores
