Q: Does one button control the on/off and low/medium/high output settings? Just hoping I could go from the the dimmest setting to off (my current lamp gets brighter before turning off)

A: Thank you for reaching out! Yes, the button on the lamp controls both the on/off functionality and the dimming features. You can cycle through the dimmer settings (low, medium, and high) by tapping the button, and then tap again to turn the lamp off.
