The floor to seat length is not 26" as listed; it is not quite even 25". I was disappointed because I chose this stool for the seat height specifically. Luckily my husband was able to buy and install spacers, but they kind of show, and it meant a late night trip to big box store for parts. I bought two of these stools and I have pictures of them both coming in just under 25 inches. They are a good weight and attractive.
