This blanket (specifically the textured one) sheds beyond belief. I wake up and have fuz from it all over my body, in my eyelashes, and you can't get anywhere near it if you're wearing black! I would not recommend this blanket to anyone unless you like to be covered in fuzz and everything it touches and everything you own to be covered in fuzz!

Bought it in December worked for a few months and one cord stopped working today and when I went to go switch the cords to see if it would work again the other cord stopped working. If you want a blanket that lasts three months this is the way to go but if you like longevity like do I would not recommend

I had bought 4, 2 were for gifts that I ended up not needing. Thank goodness I did not give them out as gifts. Both of the 2 I kept have stopped fully working. They slowly die. It starts off working, and I swear with each use it slowly stops working. Now only about a foot of it works. Do not buy unless you want to have a $40 thin blanket with a cord for no reason.

Love mine. Got it as a Christmas present and I’ve had no issues in regards to washing it, uneven heating, etc. My cat loves to lay on top of it when I leave my spot. It isn’t supposed to get very hot to the touch, that would be a big liability for the company.

Doesn’t work. Not worth the sale price of $40. Blanket itself is very soft and our cats love it, but if it doesn’t heat up then this should really be $20. Total bummer because we bought this for the week that we are in the negative degrees and our apartment doesn’t heat well.

Worked for one month now most of the blanket won’t heat up. Never washed so that can’t be the issue. Only works at the top now. Going to try to return to Target.

Worked amazing the first time I plugged it in. After a few uses, I’ve noticed that only a few parts of the blanket actually get warm. After washing it, only the top of the blanket gets warm on just one side. Lasted 2 1/2 months. Purchase with caution.

In less than one month of use about 3/4 times a week, this blanket started wigging out, one side of the controller flashing. Now, only one half of the blanket gets slightly warm. Spent way too much for it to already be broken.

I’m OBSESSED with this blanket. I bought multiple heated blankets off amazon and none of them heated like this one, I never even go past level 5 because it’s so hot. I got a twin size and I used it as a throw blanket and it heats up instantly and ur wrapped in a soft warm comfort blanket. I couldn’t recommend it enough
