Brother SE630 Sewing and Embroidery Machine 4x4

Wish it used bigger hoops. Also wish it worked wirelessly. Should have purchased a different model. It is good at what it was designed to do.

Although I haven’t used my machine very much, I do enjoy using it. I like the amount of built in stitching, and I did embroider a couple of initials on a doggy sweater, and that came out great. However, when I somehow broke a needle and changed it, the automatic threader does not work anymore. I have another brother sewing machine and the same thing happened with it also. I really needed that threader, since my eyesight is not very good.

If all you want to do is small 4x4 projects it's an awesome machine.

Perfect little at home embroidery and sewing machine. For my home business use this has everything I need without so many extras that never get used. Very user friendly. I love it!!

I am still learning it but so far it's been easy to use. It's not heavy, has a lot of accessories and stitches. The price was good as well.

This machine is a nice little machine.i am very happy with it. I am making a family tree quilt and I am using this machine to put the names on it. I have very expensive machines and I have found this to be a much easier machine to work with. The 4 x 4 frame is to small. I don't know if I can get a bigger one for it. Being able to use a thumb drive with it is a plus for me. Everything was in the box.

It's easy to use, straight forward, and does a great job! This is my first embroidery machine and I was scared the learning curve would be to steep for me, but after one day I had the hang of it!

I love this machine. Very quiet. The embroidery feature works very well, the embroidery is very professional looking. Would highly recommend this sewing machine to all levels of machine sewing

I’m so enjoying using machine for quilting and am in aw of the embroidery machine, as I’m new at embroidery- it is so interesting to watch it in action! I’m pleased with overall performance! The 4”x4” hoop is limiting for designs, but there is a plethora of 4x4 hoop designs!

Just started with embroidery and this is a great machine! I love that it sews and it’s very simple to use. I will say because I am wanting to open an Etsy shop I am very limited with my designs… so I probably will buy a 5x7 soon. This was great to learn on though and I will keep it for sewing purposes! I have seen a few reviews say they were missing some parts and I thought I was one of those myself missing the bag of parts… it is very blended with the styrofoam it comes in. If you think this may be you, the parts are in a white bag. Brother you may want to change the color of the bag because this may solve the “missing parts” issues 😅

i am still learning the machine. I am having problems getting materials downloaded to the USB. and into the machine. I have only been successful at doing two embroidery.

The SE630 is so easy to use right out of the box. I love that I’m now able to embroidery special labels for my quilts.

Excellent value for the price. Perfect entry level embroidery machine.
