Q: What is the composition/makeup of these pots?
A: I have found them to be very sturdy, no cracking, etc. over period of years. And fact that pot is not insulated has not interfered with healthy growth of my juniper trees. HOWEVER, the pots now being made by this company (compared to ones previously made) fade, seriously, within year or two, especially if in direct sunlight. Though company guarantees against fading for 10 yrs, you have to ship faded pot back to them, with proof of purchase, etc. This is a real pain if it is a big pot with a big plant or tree in it. Have to get that tree or shrub out, into something else, and find huge box to ship pot back, so not really worth the effort in my opinion.

Q: What is the inside bottom diameter of the 20" Brunello planter? I want to put a 14" diameter trellis in and can't tell if the inside bottom will allow that.
A: Hi, the inside dimension at the bottom of the planter is 12". I would recommend using a 27" Brunello planter as the inside dimension there is 16".

Q: Is this pot insulated?
A: This is a single walled planter so the insulation is limited. For the ultimate insulation, I recommend a double walled planter such as the Madison, Gramercy, Juno or Delano, all found on the same website when searching for Crescent Garden products.
