i thought it was tasty! not too sweet and i didn’t taste any protein at all which is wild. the texture is like a thicker marshmallow which i didn’t mind. definitely not a meal replacement option though. i have an insufferable sweet tooth, so if i were to compare this to a regular candy bar, it’s definitely more expensive but a great way to sneak some more protein in while satisfying that sugar craving. only 4/5 stars because it’s not quite budget-friendly and is quite light.

I am usually not a fan of protein bars, until I discovered Built bars....specifically the Puffs! The texture inside is like a marshmallow, which I really enjoy. They definitely make me think I'm eating a treat rather than a protein bar, especially with the chocolate brownie flavor! Give me all the chocolate please (another favorite: the coconut puff...just saying). These are a great option for me to throw in my bag on the go and still allow me to hit my macros properly for the day. Love the boost of protein in this one bar!

I still am in disbelief that this is only 6g of sugar and has 17g of protein. Protein bars usually have a chalky texture and bad aftertaste, but NOT THIS ONE!!! This is my favorite flavor, but every single one that I have tried is outstanding. Its like having your cake and eating it too- ha! A must try if you are looking for a protein dessert/snack.
