I mean I have used this only once, and it burned while putting it on. It was abrasive and felt like it was cutting me. It cleansed my scalp though really nicely and removed a lot of buildup. My hair feels really clean and shiny. But I am noticing some burning again the next night weirdly, and my scalp feels extra sensitive. I already have very thin hair and I am scared this sensation will cause hair loss. I will have to see over the next few days. It does what its supposed to! It's just causing a strange side affect. To be clear, I do NOT have the type of skin that reacts to products like this, this is very unusual for me.

I love this scalp scrub. I use it once a week on my fine oily hair to get rid of all my product build up. I love how refreshed my hair looks and feels after using. I use a small amount of my favorite shampoo to help move this product around.

I never leave reviews but had to come back to help those lost souls like me who always read the review section. If you are looking for something to revitalize your hair this is it. I used to go 4+ days without a wash but recently my scalp was dry, flaky and oily. After one use my hair wash day was extended to 4 days, my roots had volume, no more flakes and my hair felt so clean.

This scrub is amazing! Does an excellent job in deeply purifying my scalp. I love to go in first with this and add a little bit of shampoo to help me move the product around my scalp. Its my first step in my hair wash routine. I bought the travel size to try it out and it's a 10/10 I'll continue to repurchase this!!

I can’t say I was certainly that it exfoliate my scalp, but I do feel like it removed product buildup. I washed my hair with my regular shampoo after using this and it lathered up so much better.

When i first tried this product it was at their ulta salon, I have a skin condition called psoriasis and it's all over my scalp. When I tell you after the wash with that scrub my scalp was so clean like never before.it got rid of most of the buildup, and I felt so refreshed and clean after. 10/10

The first time I used this, it felt like it was burning my scalp. I thought maybe it was just my scalp, but my hair felt so soft and clean after. I have used this 2 more times. Each time, it burns. I think it's the amount of sea salt. My hair feels so amazing after. I love the volume and scent.

Looking for a perfect detox of your hair then this is the right product. I use it once a week usually on Sundays. My hair looks very clean and hydrated. I was gifted by Bumble and Bumble and I love this. I've used it when my hair was feeling itchy, flaky and also when it felt oily and gross and the couple times I've used it my scalp feels happy and so healthy. Not squeaky clean but moisturized and hydrated without feeling clean and stripped. The texture is unlike any other, I use about two scoops one for the front and the other for the bottom nape area of my head and I don't run it through the hair just focus on my scalp. This is a milky salt feeling texture that does not lather. It also doesn't feel like it's cleaning but it sure does! I love love love this product and the smell is so great. I wash my hair about twice a week and I maybe use it once a week. This can be used on any hair, I have fine- medium wavy hair and it works great my curls look amazing and my scalp feels happy
