My hair is short and fine. I have trouble finding a volumizing shampoo. This one is a bit pricey but I have to say that it is very nice on my hair for sudsing and giving volume for sure

A few weeks into using this shampoo and conditioner I realized that I was losing significantly more hair in each shower than I usually do. I've never had this happen before and the intense shedding stopped immediately after switching products.

I'm continuing to use it up but it is not my favorite shampoo used. My hair feels stripped of moisture when I wash it out. I do have fine hair, so the good thing is that it doesn't weigh it down but it feels dry!

I got this shampoo and conditioner as a gift with purchase and was excited to try them. They were really nothing special. Using the shampoo felt like I was washing my hair with dish detergent. There was nothing notable about it. I'm glad it was a freebie or I would have been even more disappointed! The smell is alright but nothing to write home about. All told, it was a very underwhelming experience.

The second ingredient is Sodium Laureth Sulfate, which strips your hair of color. I could not figure out why my medium brown colored hair would turn a mousy, brassy brown on the ends after about a month until I figured out this expensive shampoo contains sulfates, which will strip your hair and dry it out. Look up sulfates and it is very harsh on your hair and should never be an ingredient in a "designer", expensive shampoo!!

It seemed to clean my hair well, but it did not live up to its promise of adding body or volume. It also made my scalp kind of itchy—not too bad during the day, but definitely enough to keep me up at night. I decided to set this shampoo aside and try out a different brand. After a couple of months, i'd forgotten why i didn't like this shampoo, so i decided to give it another go. I was immediately kept up at night with an itchy scalp. This time, i threw it in the trash, so i can't accidentally use it again. I thought bumble & bumble was supposed to be a good brand.

I wanted to like this shampoo but honestly i am disappointed. It has a nice light fragrance to it, but the next day my hair looks like it was dipped in oil from all the additives in the shampoo. I wash my hair twice when i shower and i end up with greasy hair the next day using this. If you really want to try this, youll have to buy a clarifying shampoo to use in between.
I will buy this shampoo again.

This is a great shampoo! For the people upset by a pump not being included anymore in the liter bottles, ULTA sells universal pumps for liter size bottles of shampoo/conditioners. Hope that helps! : )
