It may sound silly, but now that we have the Burley Encore X, I find our 6 mile ride on the bike path to "school" to be the highlight of my day. Our 10 month old is happy and content relaxing in the sunshine on his way to "see the ladies." Thank you, Burley! My wife and I are thrilled!

So happy I went with this purchase! The trailer is truly burley. We’ve used it primarily as a jogger but have the bike and ski setups as well. It’s incredibly smooth, quiet and secure on both gravel or bumpy trails. It’s the only carrier that our baby immediately falls asleep in. It keeps her warm even on cold winter condition days, particularly so as we layered blankets throughout. There so much storage space in the back too. I went with the two seater despite having one kid (as of now) and glad I did so it grows with our family. We bought the infant insert for our 4 month old and ended up waiting a bit longer to use it even with the insert given the seat tilts her forward a bit. At six months now we are definitely still going to use it for a while given her smaller size to add some cushion. I don’t have the stroller wheels but assume those would help the wide turning radius if I was trying to navigate the grocery store - I use our other stroller for errands because of that. I thought I’d want the 16” wheels for our gravel trail but I don’t think we’ll use them after all. As an active person prior to having kids this has really helped me start to feel like me again! It’s great. So much easier to push through gravel. All the little issues on my 30 year old burley have been resolved. I like the hub break. The sun shade. That I can take it out all weather. Easy to change from jogger to trailer. I do wish the seat reclined as the baby falls asleep in it. So will have to put a pillow next to him and try a neck pillow. Attaching to the hitch is much better than the old attachment. We haven’t tried the little dogs i. With the baby, but I think that will work. We will put a dog bed in the storage area for them. How the screen cover closed with the straps and “D” rings is so much easier than the snaps.

Honestly haven’t even used it with the bike yet. I wish I had known about this before buying a stroller, this is the most versatile tiny human purchase we’ve made. Comfortable for the bub, feels safe, and is a very smooth ride.

We love our Burly! I was so excited of just the concept of it (stroller AND bike trailer) and it is living up to my hype. At this point we haven’t even hooked it up to a bike and it’s solely been used as a stroller but with how much the kids love it and it’s easy use, I know our first ride will be just as great as our first walk. The safety and quality are in the design and the materials. I can’t stop telling people about it!

Purchased the Encore-X to bring our grandkids along on bicycle rides. The enjoy riding in the Encore-X and we enjoy getting out-n-about with them. It is nice to bike to the local playground, to the post office, and other errands with the grandkids safely along for the ride.

My wife and I both love to bike, but once we had our first kid it was nearly impossible for us to get out and ride together. We decided to get the Encore X as it was a great blend of functionality and value in the kid trailer line up to help us take our little one along for the ride. It has made a huge difference to get out for family rides! My daughter loves being able to look around and enjoy the outdoors, plus my wife and I get to spend good riding time together. The ability to convert the trailer to the stroller has also made it easier for us to replace our smaller car trips with bike trips instead. Set up is easy and the trailer folds down to a relatively compact size when we have taken it with us on trips. Only complaint isn't with the actual trailer, but an accessory. We tried the baby snuggler as well but didn't feel like it had enough head support for our little one, so we did get a different one from another company. Besides that, we have already put many miles on the trailer and are planning on getting the ski or fat tire kit to be able to use it year round!

The Burley Encore X has allowed our family to take adventures without two strollers. We prefer the Burley to a double stroller because it has biking capability, and we have used it with the wheel it comes with for a solid 6 mile run. The Burley is heavy with our 4-year-old and 1-year-old going uphill, but we are all able to adventure together, which is why we invested in this model in the first place. Thank you, Burley!
