I love all of the other products I’ve gotten from this brand but very disappointed with this mask. It smelled really good but my face was burning so bad in only a couple of minutes of having the mask on, I had to immediately take it off and wash my face.

To the people complaining about the mask being rough and not sticking: you should read the instructions on the back!!!! THERE ARE TWO PROTECTIVE LAYERS THAT YOU NEED TO PEEL OFF. The actual face mask is in the middle. Works well, feels refreshed after use

I saw some photo reviews of people using the mask incorrectly. You have to take the blue outer layers off to find the gel mask in between! That being said, it does in fact smell like a Clorox wipe which was a huge bummer. Felt nice though.

This feels really good on the face and it really does contour. unfortunately the mask is just a bit too big. I tried it while the protective sheeting was still on and cut slits onto the mask so I could lay in better on my face. it would work well for those with wider faces, for sure.

Thank God I looked at the reviews because I was confused by the outer layer of the mask. Overall the product and very refreshing and I recommend leaving it in the fridge to become cold. I will add to my comment once I find out if the ingredients and overall mask is good for my skin and doesn't make me breakout. So far it is a 10/10

This mask made my skin feel amazing! It felt so smooth and hydrated. People complaining about it being thick and stiff are not using the actual mask- you have to peel off the outer two layers of backing to find the gel mask inside!! The mask itself is totally pliant and gel-like, the outer backing layers are paper. Don't try to use it straight out of the package- you have to peel the paper off to get to the mask in between the backing sheets. It does completely conform to your face if you're using the actual mask. And it feels so nice, especially if you chill the package in the fridge a while beforehand.

Wanted to love this but it doesn’t form well to the face. Overall this face mask came up short for me. The scent with the texture of the face mask reminds me of industrial cleaning wipes.

I have tried other burts bees masks and like them but this one left my face refreshed. I had so much gross dead skin that I didn't realize was even there. This mask got all that off. You are supposed to leave on for 20 minutes then rinse off your face after use rather than leaving it on like other masks. Maybe this is why others had skin issues. As for the smell, I didn't even notice a bad smell like some others mentioned. Also, the actual mask has a cloth layer on each side that needs to be peeled off to reveal the mask. For those that mentioned it didn't stick this is why.

I thought I had a defective mask until I realized that you have to remove the two green outer layers to get to the actual sheet mask for your face. The smell really reminded me of citrus cleaner and wasn’t the best smell. The mask did fit well and it did make my skin soft and look brighter. The price was average. I like Burt’s Bees and would try other masks from this brand.

The mask was so thick and textured that it doesn’t stick to your face. I tried flipping it around and even using my hands to hold it to my face hoping it would relax after a minute and I needed up just throwing it away.

I have dry, sensitive skin, and this mask gave me small bumps around a few pores. Nothing serious, but it also didn't feel that great, even after removing the burlap layers so it sticks better to the skin (all Burt's bees masks are sandwiched in burlap for some reason, it comes off easily) And the bitter scent is more like cucumber than citrus. Can't recommend.
