Q: Should we use on baby less than 2 years old?
A: Always check with your doc, but in our personal case this was the ONLY ointment we used from 2 months on. I think this one had the highest amount of zinc in it to help heal my baby girls toooshy.

Q: Is this ointment ok to use with cloth diapers?
A: Hi there, thank you for taking the time to reach out to us! Unfortunately, our Baby Bee products have not been tested for compatibility with reusable cloth diapers, and so we are unable to confirm at this time. For additional questions or concerns, please reach out to us at 800-849-7112. Thanks for reaching out! -Kim from the Burt's Bees team
submitted byBurtsBees - 7 years agoBrand expertA: diaper ointments containing zinc oxide (which, this one does) should not be used with cloth diapers or need to have a disposable liner as a barrier between the ointment and the cloth.

Q: has there been any thought to taking out the soy? What is the data re. side effects after continuous application of soy in that area? (& I agree w/ everyone about packaging - I have to cut open tube.)
A: Thanks for reaching out to us with your concern. Our Baby Diaper Rash Ointment does contain glycine soja (soybean) oil. While we don't have any plans on changing our ingredients at this time, we're happy to share your feedback with our team. As always, if you have a known allergy to soy, you should always consult with your physician for questions regarding the safety of using a particular product. We're also sorry to learn about the issues you had with the tube design. Please contact our team so we can talk directly about this at 800-849-7112 and reference this number: 230523-000542.
