The flavor is awesome, the spices are not too spicy or strong, and the consistency its perfect. I ate the beans with rice and chicken and it gave it a different flavor. I will keep buying this beans.

Those of us born-and-raised Texans know that usually means that we're going to be disappointed. Well not this time!! Bush has always been synonymous with quality and great taste. It is one of the few brands that we will store on our pantry shelves. They knocked it out of the park with the Southwest Zest Pinto Beans. They don't overwhelm other meal items but bring a taste that complements brisket, fajitas, chicken. They are good to add to casseroles and soups. The flavor makes them an all-around fave for this family!

The one thing I didn't like was they were a little salty for my taste. When I buy them again I will make sure that I use them in a dish and not added extra salt. But overall these were very tasty, already seasoned beans. It made for a quick side with dinner.

It had a nice spicy flavor to the beans. They really complimented the Mexican chicken dish I made and I feel like you could even add them to chili. Will be buying these again.

Te Southwest Zest flavor is perfect so there’s no need to “doctor” the canned bean and no need to have to cook your own in order to get great flavor. They have a nice spicy kick to them that add a nice flavor to the beans. They are an easy side dish to add to any meal. All I did was open, put in a bowl and heat in the microwave. Yummy and easy! Bush’s Beans makes great products and these Southwested Zesty pinto beans are a great addition to their other options! I highly recommend!

They taste great and the combination of flavors work well together. They do have a little kick to them but not to spicy. I love that these beans are gluten free and vegetarian and offer good source of protein and fiber. These beans will work as a side dish, in a casserole, or even a soup. I can't wait to try the other flavors of Bush's sidekicks beans.

We absolutely love pinto beans; however, the seasoning / flavor of these were a bit aggressive, in my opinion. The Cumin and Chile flavoring were a bit more aggressive than I expected. My family typically gravitates toward southwest flavorings, so I really thought this would be a hit. I did like the fact that the beans were whole and not mushy. They were the right consistency…not too soft / not too hard. I am definitely open to trying different flavors…

The pintos were quite fragrant from the ingredients added to them especially Cumin. These pinto beans are zesty and spicy so I really liked them. They may not be for every ones palate.

I was very skeptical to try because any type of spice kills me but these beans are so good!! To me they tasted like pinto beans slathered in chili powder. I made them as a side with some homemade chicken enchiladas, and they were too much. My family picked at them, but no one really enjoyed them.
