Make sure the Mat is clean before each use, and use only with smooth surfaces. Suction won't work well with textured surfaces as these allow air into the seal causing the suction to break easily. We're reaching out to help!

I love the concept of this product, but the suction on the mat is subpar. I've used it twice now at two different restaurants, and my baby can pull it off with little effort. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I'm disappointed.

Make sure the Mat and surface are clean before each use. Suction will only work with smooth surfaces, any texture will interfere with the suction seal. We're reaching out to help!

My daughter gave me one for helping with my grandson. Needs more clip on areas for toys. Also, there should be like a 3 pack of single suction cups for drink and spoon/fork for when they’re given plate or bowl. You could put one at top and one on each side. I use the mat for toys before and after he eats but again it would be better if it was sold as a strip with 3 holders instead of just 2. Maybe sell as option as 2pack to put on each side of tray.

This product is amazing! It has made my life so much easier. I no longer have to pick up my baby’s toys repeatedly during feeding time. I love the multiple attachment holes that accommodate different sized toys, and it's super easy to clean. The suction is incredibly strong, and it attaches perfectly to my baby’s Maxi-Cosi high chair. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this mat if your baby throws toys and utensils off their high chairs constantly. We were getting sick of having to pick things up and wash them. We can put all his teething toys on the tethers and this will keep him busy while we eat!

This mat is too big for us to use, really. Maybe when our baby grows a little more, it will be better, but right now it doesn't fit on her high chair, and it isn't easy to use on the go, so we haven't really used it.

Overall I really like the mat! It sticks to tables in restaurants really well and I love the little cubby to keep snacks contained. The tethered spoon is really helpful at home too. The suction doesn't work as well on our high chair tray, but the mat still helps make clean-up a lot easier.

Our Tether system is what sets us apart! So easy to use throughout all of our products to Stop the Drop! There are two brands we discovered won't allow suction to work well, those are the Stokke and Lalo trays. If you have one of those, you've got to check out our Stop Drop Bib next!
