Also, it is very easy to control due to the decreased speed, making it ideal for players that depend on their opponent making the first mistake in a rally. The best way to make that a regular occurrence is to pair Tackiness Chop with anti spin (ie. Super Anti) or long pips (ie. Feing Long II, Feint Long III, Feint OX, Feint AG, or Feint Soft), which will drastically change variations your opponent sees.
