Description
This pigment-packed lip liner provides ultra-precise results with its chiseled tip that never requires sharpening. The creamy, no-tug formula delivers comfortable, waterproof color that lasts for 8 hours. Use it to create fuller-looking lips with a suede matte finish that won’t feather or bleed.
How to use: Outline lips with liner and use brush end to smooth, define or contour. Use the sharp point of the pencil for definition. Use the rounded part of the pencil to fill in lips. Use the brush to blend and smooth color.
How to lip contour and highlight using two Power Line™ Lip Liners-
Step 1: Use a contour shade that either matches your lip’s natural tone or deeper to outline lips and create an “X” at the cupid’s bow.
Step 2: Using the same contouring shade, fill in the outer corner on the top and bottom lip.
Step 3: Apply a lighter shade than your lip’s natural tone in the middle of the lip.
Step 4: Blend both of the colors together with the built-in brush pulling the deeper shade towards the center of the lips and the lighter shade towards the outer corners of the mouth.
Step 5: Wear alone for a matte, plumped look or top with gloss.
This application can be replicated with any color combination of like-tones.

Love, Love, Love! The liner goes on smooth and blends easily. It stays in place too! I purchased Hush hush henna and combined it with Bailey butterscotch plumping gloss! I think I found the perfect combo!!

Love this product. Ive purchased several times. Creates a nice line and makes my lips look fuller. I love the mauve color of Dangerous Dolly. I can eear it with several shades of lipstick; from light pink to fuschia.

This is by far the best lip liner out there. It's smooth and blends so easily. The blush on the alternate end is a blending game-changer. This is perfect for on the go….. line, blend and pop on some plumping gloss and you're good to go.

I'll admit the triangle shape has a little bit of a learning curve, but my god does this liner look good with almost any gloss or lip vinyl. A friend recommended this to me and I'm hooked. Plus it comes with its own smudge brush!

I can't believe I had to use a wrench to open the lip liner end of the unit...absolutely the worst packaging. Better get your engineers to check this product before sending out to the market.

I own this in multiple colors and get so many compliments when I wear them that 5 pf my work colleagues purchased them for their makeup looks. It's a very clean, smooth, easy application without any sharpening needed. It's easy to correct too as long as you make the correction quickly.
Tip: do not twist too much product ip above the holder because it will break easily (obvious I know but it dorsnt take much because the formula is so soft). I have not experienced the liner rolling up or flaking off on my lips but I wear lip masks at bedtime and regularly exfoliate.

I do love this lipliner because it goes on so smooth, you dont have to sharpen it, and i love the little brush it comes with at the bottom. But for the price of it, I think it should contain more product. I loved it so much it became my everyday liner so yes i did use it often, but it only lasted me 3-4 weeks till I reached the end of it. I was not only shocked, but very disappointed as well. I want to repurchase it because i loved it, but i dont think i will for that price and amount it comes with. Im sure there are other liners that are similar and less costly / more product in it.

For years I loved the chubby wooden pencil. It worked so well and the texture was much better. This is a poor version and all it does is break and the color is not the same. Wanted to love it but it sucks.

Used the chubby lip liner for years amd then one day not available. Tried to find a dupe not able to find . I've tried this new one just not the same plus it broke off not as smooth .

The pink color was a little too red for my liking so I ended up returning it. It felt okay, but i wasnt overly enthralled by it. At 50% off they are worth it if you can find a shade that works for you, but I will not be repurchasing at full price… or probably at all to be honest

The old formula with thicker pencils was perfection- current version did not apply well- it looked thick & waxy, tiny pieces flaked onto my lips while applying & it didn't last as long as the prior version. Forget touch ups- they just add to the thick appearance. So disappointing
